Returns (if applicable):
-If items are damaged when they arrive；
-If items are incorrect；
-If items drastically do not match the product descriptions.
Please contact customer care for return and attach pictures showing the problem/defect when submitting the return/exchange request. You can submit your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact! Or all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return.
